If you’re fed up with dry, boring, ‘same old, same old’ content and want to increase your patient base over the next 12 months, then get in touch. We’re a team of dental content writers for hire that can genuinely make a difference.

great marketing requires great writing

Copy writing, blogging, content marketing – whatever your current content needs may be as a dental practice owner or marketer, our writers have the expertise and knowledge to match. Find out more about how we can help below:

Web Pages

The Home and About Us pages are often the most valuable pages on your website. They provide the first impression of your business to potential customers and important information about your dental practice. Accurate and SEO-friendly content is essential, and our team of capable dental writers can help you achieve this with outstanding web page content. Why not get in touch with Dental Writers to find out more.

Treatment Pages

You know what treatments you provide but prospective patients may not. A properly optimised page for each treatment gives you an SEO advantage. For example, if someone searches "dental implants in (your local area)" that page has a good chance of showing up in the search engine results. The more people that find you via a Google search, the more patients you are likely to get without having to increase your advertising budget.

Blog Posts

Blogging is a simple and affordable way of getting your business in front of prospective customers. It provides numerous marketing opportunities and can help you grow your dental practice too. When you create important content on topics like oral hygiene and dental illnesses, many people will read your post. Google favours websites that are regularly updated with fresh valuable content and ranks your blog among the top search results.

Newsletters

A monthly newsletter is a great way for dentists to stay in contact with their patients and build loyalty. Patients feel special to receive a newsletter from their trusted dentist containing valuable information pertaining to them. Patient retention is critical for any dental surgery and a newsletter is a cost-effective way to communicate with lapsed patients and encourage them back into the fold. Newsletters also enable a dentist to promote special offers, inform them of any changes in the practice, and remind patients to make an appointment.

Email Marketing

Healthcare email marketing is a way for dentists to engage with their patients. For example, dental practitioners can use an automated email course spread over a short period to engage contacts and deliver useful information for free. Online communication helps dentist-patients relationships evolve to ones that are more engaging plus patients value the advice and tips they receive from the dentist they trust. Regular emails keep your patients in the loop and helps prevent losing them to your competitors.

Guides/E-Books

Our experienced dental writers can create informative and useful patient guides on various oral health topics, such as 'Dental Anxiety - Ways to Stop Fearing the Dentist or 'How to Prevent Gum Disease.' These guides could be downloaded for free alongside some more information about your practice. We can also ghost write e-books about caring for children's teeth through to condensing complex clinical studies and making them easier to understand.

FAQS

Very. All our writers have either worked within the dental industry as Dentists, Dental Assistants, Dental Hygienists, or Clinical Dental Technicians or have written extensively within it. As a result, we understand the latest technologies, treatments and techniques and how they can help patients.

We can help in many ways. We can plan and write your monthly blogs so you get regularly updated content on your site. If you need a web content overhaul, we can help with a new content rewrite. Do you need advertising/sales copy to promote a new treatment or service, or want to start sending out monthly newsletters? How about an eBook that positions you as a trusted dentist in your area? Whatever your dental content needs, the team at Dental Writers have you covered.

Unfortunately, we cannot give you an exact price without knowing the specifics of a particular project. However, our services start from $0.12 per word (US) for blogs and will increase depending on your writing needs. If you have a particular project in mind, drop us a line with your content specifics, and I’ll get back to you with a price.

No. We won’t tie you into any contract. We’re just as happy to write a one-off content piece as a series of monthly blogs. Let us know your requirements, agree on a price, and let us do the rest.

As part of the price, every piece of content you receive is edited for cohesion, logic, storyline, as well as for syntax, spelling and grammar.

Absolutely! If you have regular content needs we can talk about hiring out a writer using a retainer system – It could work out cheaper than a per project basis.

Contact us via the contact form or email me directly at dale@dentalwriters.com, or via WhatsApp on 0034 605 457 342 and let’s talk. We’ll discuss what you’re hoping to achieve, a timescale for the project, and of course, the overall cost.

If it’s our first time of working with you we ask for a 50% deposit before starting the project. We find this creates mutual trust.

Once you’re happy with the work, we’ll invoice you for the remaining balance.

We provide several methods of payment including, direct bank transfer to our accounts in either the UK or Spain, to our online Revolut Business account or via PayPal

We want to ensure that you are completely happy with the content, so up to three rounds of revisions are included in the price. However, if major changes are required or the content needs a total re-write, then we would need to consider why. With this in mind, we may need to apply an additional fee in some instances.

If it’s dental related, then we can help you to write it. That said, if we feel that the content you request is unethical or doesn’t adhere to your country’s dental advertising standards  – think GDC, AHPRA or ADA, we may decline the offer.
